Tower Deluxe Ocean View Room

Our Tower Deluxe Ocean View rooms feature superior views of the ocean. Located on the 8th through 12th floors of the Lahaina Kai Tower these rooms have 350 square feet and one king or two doubles beds. Maximum occupancy is four.

Tower Ocean Front Room

Tower Ocean Front rooms are located on the front side of the Lahaina Kai Tower directly facing the ocean on the 3rd through 12th floors. Featuring our best ocean views from the Tower these guestrooms offer 350 square feet of space with one king or two double beds. Maximum occupancy is four.

Garden View Cottage Room

Our Garden View Cottage rooms are located on the lower level of our two-story cottage buildings and feature views of the resort gardens. These guestrooms have 350 square feet of living space and feature one king or two double beds. Maximum occupancy is four.

Deluxe Garden View Cottage Room

Newly renovated, our Deluxe Garden Cottage rooms feature new air-conditioning units, new tile floors, fresh paint, modern furniture and decor, upgraded shower and vanity areas, new patio decks and furniture, and added privacy dividers for the lanai. These guestrooms are 350 square feet and are located on the 1st or 2nd floor of our two-story cottage buildings with views of the resort gardens. Bedding is one king or two double beds. Maximum occupancy is four.

Deluxe Garden View Studio

Deluxe Garden View Studios offer 700 square feet and views of the resort gardens. These newly designed units are located on the upper level of our two-story cottage buildings and feature upgraded kitchenettes, new air-conditioning units, new tile floors, fresh paint, modern furniture and decor, updated shower and vanity areas, new patio decks and furniture, and added privacy dividers for the lanai. Bedding is two double beds. Maximum occupancy is four.

Ocean Front Cottage Room

With 350 square feet of space, our Oceanfront Cottage rooms are located on the ground level of our two-story cottage buildings directly facing the ocean and Kaanapali Beach. Bedding is one king or two double beds. Maximum occupancy is four.

Deluxe Oceanfront Cottage Room

Located just steps from the ocean on the lower level of our two-story cottage buildings these guestrooms have direct beach access and 350 square feet of living space. Recently renovated, these guestrooms feature new air-conditioning units, new tile floors, fresh paint, modern furniture and decor, upgraded shower and vanity areas, new patio decks and furniture, and added privacy dividers for the lanai. Deluxe Oceanfront Studio

Deluxe Oceanfront Studios offer views of the ocean and Kaanapali Beach. These newly designed units have 700 square feet of space and are located on the upper level of our two-story cottage buildings. These units feature upgraded kitchenettes, new air-conditioning units, new tile floors, fresh paint, modern furniture and decor, updated shower and vanity areas, new patio decks and furniture, and added privacy dividers for the lanai. Bedding is two double beds. Maximum occupancy is four. 

1-Bedroom Cottage

Our one-bedroom cottage suites are located on the top floor of our two-story cottage buildings. Choose from either a garden or oceanfront view. These suites offer a bedroom, two bathrooms, a separate living area, a kitchenette and two lanais.

2-Bedroom Cottage

Our two-bedroom cottage suites are located on the ground level of our cottage buildings. With views of the resort gardens these units feature an oversized lanai, a kitchenette, three bathrooms, a separate living area, and two bedrooms.

Oceanfront Molokai Suite

Set facing the island of Molokai, our one- and two-bedroom Molokai suites are located on the 3rd through 12th floors of the 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower with ocean views from inside the suite. These suites offer separate living and bedroom areas.

Oceanfront Lanai Suite

Located on the 6th through 12th floors of the 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower our one- and two-bedroom Lanai suites showcase breathtaking views of the ocean and the island of Lanai. These suites feature separate living and bedroom areas.

Deluxe 2-Bedroom Cottage

Newly renovated from top to bottom our luxurious two-bedroom deluxe cottage suite is located ground level with views of the resort gardens. These units feature an oversized lanai, a kitchenette, three bathrooms, a separate living area, and two bedrooms.

2-Bedroom Jr. Beach Cottage

Our two-bedroom oceanfront junior beach cottage is located ground level with views of the Pacific from its own private backyard. This cottage offers an oversized covered lanai with mini refrigerator, two separate bedrooms with comfortable sitting areas, and two bathrooms.

Royal Beach House

Our luxurious two-bedroom Royal Beach House offers exclusive beach access and a secluded, private playground. Relax in your own garden sanctuary and enjoy the swimming pool or steamy hot tub, with the Pacific and your own flowing waterfall as backdrops.

The Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant and Lounge serves appetizing Hawaiian Regional specialties in a casual, open-air setting overlooking the crystal blue Pacific and the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. Each evening at sunset a traditional torchlighting ceremony is presented and throughout dinner service a graceful hula dancer and solo musician perform Hawaiian classics.
