The supplier will book either the 09:00 or 09:30 flight from Vancouver, and the 15:45 coach transfer from Victoria (17:45 coach may be available, subject to availability). At the time of booking, please advise the name of the passengers' hotel in Vancouver for the return transfer, and whether passengers will take the 15:45 or 17:45 coach.
Passenger InstructionsPassengers are required to confirm services 24 hours prior by contacting the supplier directly. One piece of photo identification is required. Passengers must arrive 25 minutes prior to flight time.
Harbour Air will provide passengers with vouchers for the coach and ferry transfer from Victoria to Vancouver (BC Ferries Connector service, operated by Wilson’s Transportation Ltd.). Passengers must check-in and present their vouchers 30 minutes prior to departure, at CapitalCity Station bus terminal, located at 719 Douglas Street (behind the Fairmont Empress Hotel). The transfer will take 3.5 to 4 hours, including a 1.5 hour ferry crossing from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen. Passengers will be dropped off at Pacific Central Station (1150 Station Street), or aVancouver hotel if details have been provided.
